uNote

Terms of service

Effective 15 October 2026

These terms cover uNote, a personal notes and attachments service operated by Boris Gevorkyan. By using uNote, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to 4687778@gmail.com.

Private preview

uNote is currently available by invitation. Features may change and service may be interrupted during maintenance. The preview does not include an uptime or backup-recovery guarantee.

Your account and content

Use your own Google account and protect access to it. You retain ownership of your notes and files. You allow us to store, process and display them only as needed to provide the features you use and as described in our privacy policy.

Only upload or link material you have the right to use. Do not use uNote for unlawful activity, infringement, malware distribution, unauthorized access or interference with other users or infrastructure.

Files and Google Drive

Connecting Google Drive is optional. Transfers begin when you request them and may continue while the page is closed. Verified working originals are removed from the server after transfer. You remain responsible for your Google account, available Drive capacity and copies you need to keep.

Deleting material from uNote can permanently remove locally stored attachments. It does not automatically delete copies already in Google Drive or earlier snapshots. Keep independent copies of important material. Google's services are subject to Google's own terms and availability.

Ending use

You can stop using uNote, revoke Google permissions and contact us to request an export or account deletion. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal obligations. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating uNote, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated to affected users. The effective date appears above. Contact 4687778@gmail.com with questions about the service or these terms.
